The client base includes British, Irish, German, Swiss, French, Belgian, Dutch, Swedish, Anglo-Chinese, Indian, Canadian, Japanese and US life science companies. Our searches have involved the whole of Europe, the Americas, Australia, Asia and parts of India and the Middle East.
Prior to his career in Executive Search, our Founder, Managing Director and Principal Consultant, Maurice Herring, worked as a Sales Director for international companies supplying hi-tech capital equipment to industry, including the life science sector. He gained experience of privately-owned and multinational PLC businesses. Maurice’s early sales career was in the packaging machinery industry for a UK subsidiary of a German business, working closely with a French sister company. His formative years were spent building knowledge in a variety of engineering areas, including Defence, Nuclear, Mechanical Handling and Aerospace.
